We are delighted to now offer Complementary Express Shipping via Australia Post for all Domestic & International orders over $500 AUD.
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 days.
International orders are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.
Delivery times below are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by delivery service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Pricing and Currency:
Final payments are made in AUD currency, even though the website may allow you the option to view pricing in an alternate currency.
Duties and Taxes:
International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means you will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes upon your order arriving in your country. We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.
If you are unsure about your local duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Payment of these will be requested from you by your local customs authorities and may be necessary to release your order from customs. Should you refuse to pay duties and taxes requested, the responsibility lies with you to arrange for it to be returned in order to receive a refund.
Refunds will only be issued once return orders have been received, and will not include any shipping amounts paid.
We do not refund any international duties and taxes paid. Should you wish to return the item for a refund, contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
For Australian orders we use Australia Post or Sendle. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number, and all deliveries must be signed for. We do not offer an ‘authority to leave” option and we cannot deliver to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.
Every Sendle & Australia Post parcel is delivered Carbon neutrally. Every time we send a parcel, the carbon emissions are offset by investing in positive environmental causes.
PACKAGING
Our gift boxes are reusable and recyclable. Their high quality construction was chosen so that you may be able to reuse them around the home, and when you no longer need them, simply remove the magnets and they are 100% recyclable.
The outer brown kraft shipping cartons are 100% recyclable and 100% Biodegradable.
SHIPPING OF SALE ITEMS
Where suitable, all sale purchases are sent in our compostable mailing satchel. Please note delivery times of sale purchases may be extended.
