Refund Policy

We will gladly refund any full priced items you are not happy with as long as it is in accordance with our Refund Policy.  Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order for Australian orders, & within 21 days for International orders. Returns after this date cannot be accepted.

We do not refund any initial shipping charges for items returned, unless the return is due to a faulty item.  Your return postage costs are your responsibility. 

Items returned must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, & damage free.  Items must be in original packaging and have all original tags attached.


SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS 

Sale items are not valid for an exchange or return unless faulty or required by law.

We do not provide price adjustments for purchases made prior to Sale or Promotional Periods.


Process for returning goods to PALMA MARTÎN:

  1. Email customerservice@palmamartin.com to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA Number). You must notify us of the following:
  • reason for the return 
  • if you require an exchange or a refund 
2. Once you have been issued a RA number, you can return your item. 
Be sure to include the following when returning your item:
  • RA number
  • Original invoice / Receipt
  • Your item in original condition and as stated above.
3. Send your return.  PALMA MARTÎN does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  
When returning an order, we recommend the parcel is sent with a trackable & registered delivery service.

4. Upon receipt of your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it is in its original condition as stated.  

Your return will be confirmed and if it is approved, a refund or credit will be issued.
